What level of description are you looking for? I'm guessing your learning path, from our previous conversations, is going to look something like the following:

1) Learn how to program in Python

2) Learn how to write web applications

3) Learn how to develop on Google AppEngine, using Python

4) Learn Blogger's Python GData API

5) Integrate Blogger's Python GData API into your Python GAE web application from step 3

Is this the sort of detail you are looking for?
