[bloggerDev] Use of blogspot data(Posts and comments) for commercial usage

Hi,

I am confused about its Terms and Conditions of commercial usage of
Blog data.
It is mentioned in one of the forums "No Resale of the Service. Unless
expressly authorized in writing by Google, you agree not to reproduce,
duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial
purposes (a) any portion of the Service, (b) use of the Service, or
(c) access to the Service."

I am just wondering how we can get a written approval from google.
