Have I got my CDATA tags correct?

Attempting to implement the following;

<![CDATA[<embed src="http://www.box.net//static/flash/box_explorer.swf?
widget_hash=975eg1jyjz&v=0&cl=0" width="460" height="345"
wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed>]]>

content still remains invisible..
